Operating Instructions

  1. Insert 2 AAA batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
  2. Place the scale on a flat, stable surface.
  3. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the scale.
  4. Wait for the display to show “0.0” before placing any item on the tray.
  5. Use the MODE button to switch between measurement units.
  6. To reset the display to zero, press the TARE button.

Calibration Procedure

For accurate measurements, periodic calibration is recommended:

  1. Turn on the scale and wait for the display to stabilize at “0.0”.
  2. Press and hold the MODE button until the display shows “CAL”.
  3. Press the MODE button again; the display will show the required calibration weight (e.g., “200.0g”).
  4. Place the specified calibration weight on the center of the tray.
  5. Wait until the display shows “PASS”, then remove the weight.
  6. The scale will return to normal weighing mode.

Note: Use a certified calibration weight for best results.

Maintenance Tips

  • Keep the scale clean by gently wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposing the scale to moisture or extreme temperatures.
  • Do not overload the scale beyond its maximum capacity.
  • Remove batteries if the scale will not be used for an extended period.

Troubleshooting
