Fuses
Fuses are devices used to protect electrical circuits from overloading. When a fuse blows, it opens the circuit and interrupts the flow of electricity. This prevents the circuit from becoming overloaded and potentially causing a fire. Fuses are typically made of metal and designed to melt when much current flow flows through them. This interrupts the circuit and protects the device from overcurrent.
