How to Use the USB Stepless Governer DC Speed Controller:
Mode 1
The first mode is a constant 5V source. Input your 5V source to the micro USB or USB type-A female port (such as power banks or USB chargers). The output will be at the USB type-A receptacle. Insert your USB load or fan here.
Mode 2
Turn the pot knob right and you’ll hear a click. You’re now in Mode 2. This second mode is a variable voltage source. Input your voltage source to the micro USB or USB type-A female port (such as power banks or USB chargers). The output will be at the USB type-A receptacle. Insert your fan here. Adjust the voltage (and the fan speed) by turning the pot knob.
