Can I track my order?
All orders are trackable, except where the free shipping method is selected on orders under $35 to an Australian address. Those orders are sent via stamped surface mail and are not trackable.
If your order has tracking, you can track your order through the following methods:
- My Account page, provided you have a registered account.
- Order tracking page, which can be accessed from the top bar menu, which is labelled as “Track My Order”.
- The shipping carriers’ website.
Please note if your order was placed via Amazon, eBay or Catch, the first two options are not possible. You can only track your order through the shipping carrier’s website or marketplace platform, provided it has integrated shipment tracking (which they do).
