Do you offer technical support?

Yes, we offer technical support through our support hub. Our support hub contains product-related materials such as schematics, datasheets and user guides. Some of the content in the hub is not accessible to the public, such as custom-made user guides. If you find one of the users guides you are trying to access through the support hub is not allowing you access, please contact us and provide your order number or a way we can verify the purchase of the product from our store.

If you cannot find the information you are looking for through the Support Hub, you can use the form on the contact us page to request this information. Please keep in mind that this is only for customers. You may be requested to provide order numbers/proof of purchase. As well, any support provided will be only general use support. We cannot provide support on project-related issues, only on the use of the part.
