The SN74HC02 has quad 2-input NOR gates. For its CMOS architecture, this device performs excellently in terms of speed and can operate with 5V power supply.

The SN74HC02N has low noise without characteristic overshoot and undershoot, small propagation delay, has low power consumption, balanced propagation delay and transition times, and operates over a wide temperature range.

  • LSTTL Loads: Can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads
  • Low Power Consumption: 20 uA maximum
  • Output Drive Capability: At 5 V, the outputs have 4 mA of output drive capability
